What do I get when I buy?

An instant digital download — a set of 3 high-resolution PNG files in 4:5 ratio at 300 DPI, delivered in one download together with a short print guide. They print cleanly at 8×10, 16×20 and 24×30, and any print shop can fit them to nearby frame sizes. The listing always tells you exactly what’s inside.

Do you ship anything physical?

No. Everything we sell is digital. You print it.

What sizes can I print?

Every file is a true 4:5 ratio, so 8×10, 16×20 and 24×30 inch frames fit edge to edge with no cropping. Need another size? Any print shop can scale it up or down; a slightly different ratio means a sliver of trim at the top and bottom, nothing more.

How can I pay?

With any major card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay (where your device supports them) — all in Paddle’s secure checkout. Prices are in US dollars; conversion to your local currency is handled by PayPal or your card issuer.

Can I pay by card without a PayPal account?

Yes. Tap Buy now (or Pay now at checkout) and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay — you never need a PayPal account.

How will the charge show on my card or statement?

Every payment — card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay — appears as PADDLE.NET* DIGITAL.DL. DIGITAL.DL is the business that operates Cat Chuckle, so it’s the same purchase — no need to query it with your bank.

I downloaded my file and lost it. What do I do?

Go to /my-downloads, enter your email, and we’ll send a 6-digit code. Sign in with it and you’ll see all your past orders with fresh download links.

How many times can I download?

Up to 5 times per file, from your portal, through signed links that stay valid for 24 hours each. If you legitimately need more — new phone, lost laptop — email and we’ll bump it.

Can I print at a print shop like Walmart or FedEx?

Yes. The file is yours to print however you like, by whomever you like, for your personal use.

Can I use the print in my Etsy shop / on a mug / on a T-shirt?

No — that’s commercial use, which is not included. Email us if you want a commercial licence.

Can I share the file with my friend?

Please don’t — that’s against the licence. If your friend wants one, send them the product link.

Why don’t I get a tracking number?

Because there’s nothing to ship. As soon as PayPal or Paddle confirms your payment, your downloads are live on the confirmation page and emailed to you.

Why no password? Is that safe?

Yes — and safer than passwords for most people. We email you a one-time 6-digit code when you want to sign in. Codes expire in 10 minutes and only work once. You can’t have a “stolen password” if there isn’t one.

I want a refund.

If you haven’t downloaded anything yet and it’s within 7 days, email us — refund within 5 business days, no questions asked, back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. If you’ve already downloaded, see our Refund Policy.
